1. Introduction

PREGIO (“PREGIO”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a premium multi-brand fashion and lifestyle e-commerce store operated on the Shopify platform. We curate and sell authentic designer pieces to customers primarily within the European Union, with planned expansion to additional regions in the future.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (the “customer”, “you” or “your”) and PREGIO in relation to your use of our website, services and any purchases you make through us.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing, browsing or purchasing from the PREGIO website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the website.

3. Definitions

• “Website” refers to the online PREGIO store and all related digital services.
• “Products” refers to the fashion and lifestyle items offered for sale by PREGIO.
• “Customer” refers to any individual who visits, registers with, or makes a purchase through the website.
• “Order” refers to a request submitted by a customer to purchase one or more Products.
• “AI Stylist” refers to the AI-powered shopping assistance feature offered on the website.

4. Eligibility

To use PREGIO and place an order, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a legally binding contract. By using the website you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

5. Website Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use the PREGIO website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the website by any third party. You agree not to:

• use the website in any fraudulent or unlawful manner;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, our servers or any related systems;

6. Product Information

We take care to display Products, materials, colours and details as accurately as possible. However, the actual appearance of items may vary slightly due to photography, lighting and screen settings. Small variations do not constitute a defect.

Product descriptions, editorial content and styling suggestions are provided for informational and inspirational purposes only and do not constitute a warranty regarding the Product beyond those required by applicable law.

7. Product Availability

All Products are subject to availability. Because PREGIO curates limited pieces from designer collections, stock may be limited and can sell out quickly. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or restrict access to any Product at any time without prior notice.

8. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase and are inclusive of applicable value added tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change from time to time and any change will apply to Orders placed after the change is made.

Despite our best efforts, a small number of Products may occasionally be mispriced. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an Order, we will contact you and give you the option to reconfirm the Order at the correct price or cancel it.

9. Taxes and Duties

For Orders shipped within the European Union, applicable VAT is included in the displayed price. For Orders shipped to destinations outside the EU (where offered in the future), additional import duties, taxes or customs fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

10. Order Process and Confirmation

When you place an Order, you make an offer to purchase the selected Products under these Terms. You will receive an automatic acknowledgement by email confirming that we have received your Order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of the Order.

A binding contract is formed only when we send you a subsequent confirmation email indicating that the Order has been accepted and dispatched.

11. Right to Refuse or Cancel Orders

PREGIO reserves the right to refuse, limit or cancel any Order at its sole discretion, including where:

• the Product is unavailable or has been mispriced;
• we suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity;
• the Order cannot be shipped to the requested address;
• the Order violates these Terms or applicable law.

If your Order is cancelled after payment has been taken, we will refund the amount charged in full.

12. Payment Methods

PREGIO accepts payments through Shopify Payments, Stripe, Apple Pay and major credit and debit cards. All transactions are encrypted and processed by trusted third-party payment providers. PREGIO does not store your full card details.

13. Billing Accuracy

You agree to provide accurate, current and complete billing, shipping and contact information at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel Orders that appear to contain inaccurate or incomplete information.

14. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time PREGIO may offer promotions, seasonal discounts or discount codes. Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined, are not redeemable for cash, and may be limited by validity period, quantity or specific Products. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw any promotion at any time.

15. Gift Cards

If PREGIO introduces gift cards in the future, they will be subject to specific terms displayed at the time of purchase. Gift cards will be non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash unless required by applicable law.

16. AI Stylist and Product Recommendations

PREGIO may offer an AI Stylist and other AI-powered recommendation features to help you discover Products based on your stated preferences, occasions or style descriptions.

AI Stylist provides suggestions for inspiration only. It does not make automated purchasing decisions, does not constitute professional styling, fashion or personal advice, and should not be relied upon as such. Product recommendations may not reflect current availability, sizing or pricing. Final purchase decisions remain entirely yours.

17. Shipping

PREGIO currently ships across Europe. Shipping times, carriers, fees and geographical coverage are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

18. Returns and Refunds

Information regarding your right of withdrawal, return window, conditions and refund process is set out in our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable EU legislation.

19. Intellectual Property

All content on the PREGIO website — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, editorial imagery, layout, design, source code and software — is owned by or licensed to PREGIO and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display or create derivative works from any of this content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.

20. Trademarks

“PREGIO” and the PREGIO logo are trademarks of PREGIO. All third-party brand names, logos and trademarks appearing on the website are the property of their respective owners and are used solely to identify the Products offered. Their use does not imply any endorsement or affiliation beyond the sale of authentic Products.

21. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, comments, photographs or other content to PREGIO, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display such content in connection with our business and marketing activities.

You represent and warrant that such content is your original work, does not infringe any third-party rights and does not contain any unlawful, offensive or misleading material. We reserve the right to remove any user content at our sole discretion.

22. Customer Accounts and Security

You may be able to create a customer account to manage Orders and preferences. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at pregio.store@zohomail.eu of any unauthorised access or use of your account.

23. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PREGIO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or any Products purchased through it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rules within the European Union.

24. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly provided by these Terms or required by applicable law, the website and all Products are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including those of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Consumer statutory warranties remain unaffected.

25. Force Majeure

PREGIO shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or failures of telecommunications or logistics networks.

26. Third-Party Services and External Links

PREGIO relies on selected third-party services to operate the website and fulfil Orders, including Shopify (e-commerce platform), Stripe and other payment providers, shipping carriers, analytics providers and marketing tools. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services. PREGIO does not control and is not responsible for the content, practices or policies of those third parties.

27. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use and protect your personal information, and by the cookie information disclosed on the website. By using PREGIO you acknowledge these practices.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law rules and without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the country in which you reside within the European Union.
